    Lentinus edodes (shiitake) is a famous traditional Chinese mushroom, in the world it is the earliest mushroom which was cultivated by human being. Lentinus edodes (shiitake) has many nutritional elements and tastes good, so that it is named as king mushroom. Lentinus edodes (shiitake) is rich in nutrition.
